As a community, FEFA Academy strives to make primary school pupils experience growth and learning based on school motto “Achievement with Honour”.With a keen focus on providing holistic education for our pupils, we embrace an approach that addresses all facets of growth and development. Our aim is to make every pupil the best he/she can in all areas of development. Our activities are therefore planned and tailor made to enable the learner attain maximum knowledge through practical participation.
OUR APPROACH TO LOWER PRIMARY:
Catering for children between ages of 3 and 8 years. FEFA Academy offers a friendly learning environment steered by well qualified teachers to provide a rich blend of academic and extracurricular activities.We pursue an approach that offers our learners a sound early childhood education while teaching them about their rich Kenyan culture through carefully chosen class activities.We understand that young children learn in different ways,some learn by seeing,some learn by hearing while some by reading.Play helps balance formal lessons at school.It also gives children a chance to unwind after the routines and rules of the classroom.Our approach to visualization bring all academic concepts to life with visual and practical learning experiences helping our pupils to understand how the schooling applies in real world.Play is an integral part of our curriculum and we ensure well structured in-door and out-door play.The out-door facilities allow for children to swing and slide,enjoy sand and water play while the indoor facilities as well as equipment provide for a blend of make-believe play opportunities.

At FEFA Academy,we understand that teaching and learning is a complex process,to ensure that our learners benefits from a programme of learning,our approach to education encompasses different techniques in order to maximize the impact of instruction. We understand read to a silent class through the traditional “chalk and talk” learn is not the most effective way to learn. Our teachers utilizes their knowledge and experience to create an interactive and valuable learning experience. We let learners construct their own understanding of the world based on their experiences and reflects those experiences.
